Fine for a one-night stay...

Liked: The bunk beds were perfect for the kids and the kitchen facilities were fine for what we needed. The heater was perfect and kept us warm at night. We only stayed a night and was glad we didn't have to stay longer. We stayed at another caravan park down the road on the way up the coast and it was a brand new cabin and $30 cheaper for the night.
Disliked: The main bed was positioned right under a window with flowing curtains so the sun shone straight into our faces as soon as it appeared. The hot water was a drip in the kitchen sink and some of the windows didn't lock properly. The shower was a struggle to get warm enough and there was no soap for the bathroom sink.

Well worth it

Liked: Friendly staff, great location, customer service.
Disliked: Not a big deal but a bit annoyed with the shower/toilet door couldn't be locked.
