Great location and value for...

Liked: Location to main trin station and city was excellent. Very comfortable bed and nice big room. Great breakfast selection.

Nice, centrally located hotel, big...

Liked: Nice, centrally located hotel, with big room and good staff.
Disliked: We didnt realise the room had room service because information about the room (and room service) was hidden on a small pyramid 'thing' hidden away at the back of the desk in the room, that we didnt spot until last day, when we checked with reception. Apparently you had to use the PDF code on the pyramid to access room details. We’re very IT literate but think this is poor customer service that assumes customers have a cell phone with them.
