Fab room; lovely breakfast; lots of extra touches and very friendly and helpful staff, especially Jess. Not too far from Bath centre. Great parking.

Excellent Bed and breakfast

Liked: Loved this beautiful home. We had booked three rooms for our friend’s 50th The staff was so gracious and helped put decorative accents and added bubbly to the room. The breakfast is excellent and plenty of choices. A short taxi ride from train station and 15-20 mins walk to center of the city. Wished we could have stayed longer
Disliked: The traffic noise in the morning can be disturbing if you are a light sleeper and leave windows open

Fabulous stay

Liked: Absolutely fabulous room and guest house! We loved our spacious and nicely furnished room as well as the breakfast. Lovely and very accommodating staff. Car park area very busy, but manageable.
Disliked: The bathroom could use some bath towel hooks as well as anti slip shower/ bathtub mats.Sweet options on the breakfast menu, e.g., waffles might be an interesting add-on.

Liked: Property was beautiful! Not too far from the centre of bath. The diffuser used throughout was amazing but I can imagine for some guests might be strong but I loved it.

Disliked: We’re a couple with a young child, and when we book hotels, I always select 2 adults and then pay separately for our child’s breakfast if needed. He sleeps between us, so we never require an extra bed. I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels and have never had an issue with this.This was the first time I was charged £60 per night (without breakfast) just because my child slept in the same bed with us. There was no extra service provided—same room, no extra bed, no additional cost for the hotel. As we had already prepaid and were told it was “policy,” we had no choice but to accept it.It felt unfair and very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to families.
