Leighton House - Boutique Guesthouse

Fab room; lovely breakfast; lots of extra touches and very friendly and helpful staff, especially Jess. Not too far from Bath centre. Great parking.

Liked: Spacious bedroom with air conditioning. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Tastefully decorated throughout. Excellent breakfast.

Liked: Our room was excellent - lovely furniture and furnishings and lots of space and light. We loved the "designer touch" in Leighton House including the central bar / coffee area and breakfast area.

Such a lovely stay.

Liked: Our stay was wonderful. The staff is very easy to interact with. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable.
Disliked: It was a bit of a hike coming back from the city because there is an uphill climb. Still wouldn’t keep us from coming back to stay at the Leighton House.

Disliked: No parking spot available by the time I arrived I was woken at 5.30am by people trampling about in the room directly above me & they didn't stop for 2 hours which wrecked my sleep !

Excellent and very comfortable, would...

Liked: The staff were all super friendly, the room lovely and large, bright, spacious and well serviced, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and cooked to order ensuring food was fresh. Also had free car parking and approx 30 minute walk to the Royal Crescent, we really enjoyed our stay - thank you so much
Disliked: Everything went very smoothly no complaints at all, could maybe add decaf tea bags

Great stay - slightly overpriced

Liked: Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was great. The portions could be a little bigger, or it would be nice to have the option to order seconds. The waiting time for breakfast was a bit long, but we still enjoyed it as they offered lovely little pastries and yoghurt.
Disliked: The room could have been a little cleaner, with some dust behind the bathroom door and on the tiles, but overall everything was perfect.
