Fab room; lovely breakfast; lots of extra touches and very friendly and helpful staff, especially Jess. Not too far from Bath centre. Great parking.

Liked: The staff were very friendly. Room was well furnished and spacious. Very comfortable beds . Breakfast was superb. Can't fault our stay. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Bath hotel

Liked: Boutique decor and attention to detail throughout. Comfortable beds and outstanding breakfast.
Disliked: Although advertised the hill walking back up.Room 2: Small hole in bed sheet missed, bathroom sink slow to drain and slight staining on toilet flow inlet. Minor errors that didn’t spoil experience.

Liked: Everything was excellent. Food was lovely, staff were professional and so helpful, very clean and tidy

One night stay in bath

Liked: The breakfast was lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable staff were friendly
Disliked: Would have liked a cup of/ glass in bathroom so I could swill my mouth out after brushing just a niggle Oo and offering sweetness as well as sugar would have been nice We came by train and didn’t realise it was such a steep hill to get there
