Liked: Woodland village was great for our son.
Disliked: No door or curtain on the shower got the bathroom very wet and had to use all towels just to dry it up.

Disliked: CoffeeWish facilities were open longer. Like pool and playroom. We didn’t get to use the pool.

Liked: Good options at breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff.Great entertainment.Great atmosphere. Great facilities. Rooms very nice - treasure hunt was enjoyed.
Disliked: Pool staff were a bit standoffish.Duty manager was dreadful, rude and unhelpful.

Exceptional

A great family break

Liked: The hotel was everything a child could wish for and more. A Lego paradise. I had been sceptical about resort hotels before now, but I am a convert.
Disliked: There was work getting done, which we had been advised about, but a few things not working stopped me from rating excellent
