Very good

Liked: My daughter absolutely loved it. We stayed in the pirate themed room which was great, they had a little puzzle to work out and get the code to open the safe. Which had some gifts inside. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean. My daughter also loved the lego room.
Disliked: There wasn't a good selection of food and for breakfast we had to go find someone to order as we was waiting a while.

Over priced

Liked: Room was clean and parking close by.
Disliked: The lift was broken (not fun when you’re on the top floor). TV didn’t work at all. Shower didn’t work either. Not a great experience given the price tag!!

Amazing stay and we can’t...

Liked: It was so cozy and had everything we needed. The attention to detail was incredible and the food was perfect.
Disliked: No comment

Liked: It was a great location
Disliked: Toilet was a bit dirty yellow and dirt around toilet seat and also the neighbours had massive row in the early hours which woke we up and kept me awake this was difficult as I have a son with 7 disabilities and challenging and I was shattered and had to drive home this day which was hard.

Was OK

Liked: It was a nice clean and quirky room, beds were super comfy. You can't fault the hotel rooms they really are fantastic inside
Disliked: I just don't think it's worth the money, nearly £400 for the night during half term time, the facilities weren't the best, I expected alot more for the prices they charge. Wasn't a massive food choice even in the restaurant, more veggie options than anything. Good news for the veggies though I suppose. Staff werent the friendliest, maybe for the price i paid i expected more if it had been less i wouldnt of been so disappointed. Good for an experience for the kids but wouldn't stay again
