There could not have been...

Liked: The breakfast was good for adults and children who like cereal. Our grandson likes pancakes which should be an option included but instead was an additional pay option.
Disliked: It was a little confusing as how to check in and out. Since most hotels automatically provide fresh towels, empty the trash and replenish coffee pods, etc., we had to figure out how to get these items from staff in our hallway that did not speak English. If the sticker on the mirror in the bathroom had said that the housekeeping services MUST be texted as a request it would be easier for all to quickly initiate that process.

Lots of fun overall. However...

Liked: Room theme was lots of fun for the kids.
Disliked: Food was ok but nothing special and very overpriced.

Disliked: Overpriced than any other hotel that I ever stayed in including Europe and US, food was not good

Doesn’t worth the money

Liked: Location, theme room, cleaness of the room, easy check in
Disliked: Poor service at the restaurant, paper thin walls, kids screaming at the middle of the night, noise in the early morning

Disliked: None

Enjoyed time here

Liked: The resort was beautiful and very clean. My son enjoyed his Birthday with you guys made it all happen. Thank again.
Disliked: Nothing not to like. Love this place.
