Liked: Everything was detailed and focused on kids. Jayven our waiter from breakfast at bricks family dinner was very attentive, polite and fast. Also has a similar name as my son Jayvedun.
Disliked: The mattress is too soft. Need firm mattress for parents back. More coffee stations, parents need energy to keep up with our kids.

Disliked: Staff did not know how the "get in the front of line" worked also could not help us open the auto exit gate when leaving..... More training needed. Clunky website and app. Quality of breakfast food marginal. Cold eggs and tater tots

Liked: Awesome kids environment and facilities in the hotel..
Disliked: Many areas of the park were closed. The park seemed to be running with about half the number of rides. Quite far out with only the park for entertainment besides the hotel itself

A great one night getaway...

Liked: It is one of the most family friendly experiences I have ever had. They are designed to accommodate families with little children.
Disliked: It’s a bit isolated and the food at the resort and park, although decent, is not something you want to eat for three meals of your day.
