It was fun but probably...

Liked: The activities for the kids. Treasure hunt was the best.
Disliked: Some of the staff were rude. For being a kid hotel you would think there would be more patient friendlier staff workers. The guy in the front check in seemed like he was annoyed with our questions and was very soft spoken, he shouldn’t be the first thing you’re greeted with. The gentleman who brought up our bags was way nicer and more patient to answer our questions. Cleaning ladies were all pleasant and all smiled in the morning and the young lady working the pool area was nice but couldn’t answer our questions. It’s like the people who should be able to help you had no idea what their job was nor what the rules are of the hotel.

Great location, fun rooms, mediocre...

Liked: We loved the location and the themed rooms. The kids loved it, the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Everything is on a QR code, it's hard to figure out where to get reservations for eating at the restaurant on site, even to order room service it was not convenient. We also got back from when the park closed and several options to eat were closed. We even wanted to get a drink ( wine) at the lounge and they had one guy at the bar, and he wanted on a break and there was no coverage? We ate at the skyline restaurant and it took a while to get our drinks and then they forgot one of our dinners and 20 minutes after the rest of us got our orders, she still didn't have hers.

Liked: Housekeeping was prompt.
Disliked: Coffee Kreug coffe maler defective- kept shutting off prematurely.Furniture top draw left off guide rails-- broken.Room felr dingy worn.

Definitely below our expectation.

Liked: Kid liked the room, the design was pretty good.
Disliked: It seems the staff was not in the happy mood that day when we tried to check in. The time we checked in was about 4:30 pm, 1.5 hour later than promised checkin time! He just told us the room was not ready and we needed to wait for some time. Very uncomfortable conversation.. I remembered our deal included the breakfast, but he told us the breakfast was buffet and we needed to reserve and pay (perhaps I was wrong about the deal).
