So kid friendly a dream...

Disliked: Pricey but amenities make it worth it

STAY AWAY. Mostly terrible.

Liked: There was a little puzzle to solve in the room for the kids to get a little LEGO character, which was fun for them.The Pirate Pool was pretty quiet, that was nice.The valet parking was clutch. Would pay 3x the charge for just getting that but not have to stay at the hotel.
Disliked: The TVs were abysmal. Very small, which is whatever, but the responsiveness was atrocious. The Pause button didn't work at all for the kids' TV, which was troublesome. And the adults' TV, every single button push was an actual 8-10 second delay. That's longer than you think. And the TV Guide channel just wan't working at all. It was an abysmal experience. One of the elevators was down the whole time, so we ended up taking the stairs back down both times because after ten minutes standing watching full elevator after full elevator come down with no room (with two antsy kids) we just couldn't wait any longer. The FOOD! Or lack thereof. We were told that the night after the LEGO Festival would be a good one because it'd be pretty empty. But despite two-three restaurants apparently onsite, no one had any reservations with 90 minutes of needing dinner. So we waited 20 minutes for mediocre frozen pizza from the bar area, and then they were out of plates, so we were tearing apart to-go boxes so we could eat pizza in our room and wish we could navigate to something on TV we could watch. Not at all the family dinner you want to kick off your kids' first vacation experience.

Fun experience for the kids,...

Liked: Super close to the park. The Lego theme was adorable. Kid sized toilet seat in the room was unexpected and a plus. They have Chelsea, the chef whose main job is allergy control and that I don’t see anywhere. The mini playground by the rooms were sweet. The bungalow was comfortable. The kids get a mini figure in the room when we checked in which was awesome.
Disliked: Most of the lifeguards look miserable. We tried to chat with a few but most just didn’t want to chat. There wasn’t as many amenities as I would expect, they are all over at the other hotel. All of the hidden fees! Before booking make sure you call and ask. You don’t get free parking, you pay every night. There are so many hotel fees, resort fees, we ended up paying an extra $175 just in those. So be aware.

Liked: We Had to move to main resort Bungalow inconvenient no facilities, food on sight etc.All attractions at main hotel which was good.Close to park entrance ,no driving but cost $70 more for basically what was misleading advertising about bungalow which you had to drive to get even a water
