Disliked: Fire alarm at 10pm made me and my family run out of bed out to the parking structure, paid 800 for 1 night to have my night ruined by this. They didn't want to accommodate another night or even offer a discount on the next stay , very unprofessional and paid so much for nothing, my kids were traumatized and didn't want to sleep in there no more. We got no rest and the stay wasn't worth it. We didn't get offer any dinner or anything for the incident.

Disliked: Bunks & trundle are miniature! My kids hated this & they felt like they were just stuffed in a closet- they basically were.The breakfast thing is a disaster- food is sub par & two of us got extremely sick to our stomachs afterwards - definitely something we ate.Pool was never opened during our stay. First day bc of lightning strike within 15 miles that shut down the entire park & all pools. The next day it wasn’t open because they “had an error in scheduling” - no lifeguards. Seriously. Such a joke- especially when so much of the country is on spring break. That is something a resort/park should know and expect.Such a huge disappointment for my kids. And such a huge price tag for not much…
