Very nice hotel for business...

Liked: Room was quite, pretty clean and quite comfortable. Bed, minibar, window view, bathroom towels are of excellent quality. Parking was very convenient.
Disliked: There was no shower gel as previous guest probably consumed whole liquid in the bottle. Breakfast was very good, however I got impression from the staff that one should enter the restaurant just once for breakfast and that was quite surpassing, never ever heard such remark before in any hotel. I came earlier to grab some food and went to wake up my family and later came together to the restaurant. The staff mentioned to my wife that I had already my breakfast which was kind of not proper remark and I found it rude.

Too many anomalies and misinformation...

Liked: Hotel was clean , very good cleaning staff comfy bed with good location . Central square outside could be noisy with revellers.
Disliked: As with all my reviews I speak as I find.We were a family of three using 2 rooms. My son has disabiltys.Our room was fine but My son's room had very frequent power cuts. He is deaf and given a room close to us. The power cuts would vary from 30 minutes to several hours including times when he would wake at night in total darkness with no electricity.. The room cleaning staff would attempt to reset the supply but were often unsuccessful. They reported it to the front desk along with myself on a daily basis. We were Told at first it would be looked at, only to be told officially at final check out they had no maintenance staff available over the entire weekend. Meaning it was never going to be repaired. If I had known this I would have asked for a room change. During final checkout I was not happy as you can imagine, then even more so, when after apologising at the front desk they offered us a free drink in the restaurant as we were checking out.We were misinformed at this hotel over the entire stay and an email sent directly to the hotel has not even been responded too. Very poor all round I'm afraid.Finally be aware of the weird room design at this hotel. The shower cubicle is completely open plan with direct viewing through a full length glass window directly into the living space. There is no privacy what so ever as you take a shower, as your spouse or colleague embarrassingly look on. What a strange design.Family Visitors who popped in to visit were astonished. We got around the issue by buying a few suction pads and a curtain. As you lay in bed facing the shower panel, your partner is fully visible the other side, showering. Not for us I,m afraid.. Make use of the very local cafes etc for breakfast etc which are far better value and choice than the hotel.
