A pleasant and recommended stay...
Liked: We’ve stayed at this hotel before and will definitely return in the future. Great location and a friendly, helpful staff. I’d especially like to mention Noshad Khan at the front desk — professional, courteous, and welcoming. His calm and efficient manner made us feel at home right away.
Disliked: Everything was great — we just missed having a coffee machine in the room.

Comfy beds and interesting stay...
Liked: The beds were quite comfortable as others have shared and the toiletries were a great brand which I am familiar with (Rituals). I also appreciated that the beverages were included in the stay and that there was a laundry bag available for our clothes.
Disliked: We found it quite hard to navigate the air con. The room was quite stuffy every time we returned and the noise from the unit was difficult to sleep through. Additionally, I booked the hotel and the receptionist more or less did not acknowledge me. She spoke directly to my partner, looked him in the eyes, very warm, and for whatever reason chose not to speak to me at all. The other two receptionists, with the glasses and the other with short hair, were very kind so I am not sure why I was essentially ignored. Ever my partner noted that her treatment or lack thereof, towards me blatantly rude.

Liked: Nice room, with view and lots of light.Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Location is close to the center.
Disliked: The shower is visible from the room, so if you travel with kids just keep them busy, when showering.

Very nice hotel for business...
Liked: Room was quite, pretty clean and quite comfortable. Bed, minibar, window view, bathroom towels are of excellent quality. Parking was very convenient.
Disliked: There was no shower gel as previous guest probably consumed whole liquid in the bottle. Breakfast was very good, however I got impression from the staff that one should enter the restaurant just once for breakfast and that was quite surpassing, never ever heard such remark before in any hotel. I came earlier to grab some food and went to wake up my family and later came together to the restaurant. The staff mentioned to my wife that I had already my breakfast which was kind of not proper remark and I found it rude.
