Excellent and comfortable stay in...

Liked: All staff were excellent. The room was spacious and very comfortable with plenty of water provided. Lovely toiletries too. Beds very comfortable. Very central location, easy to get to everywhere and soundproofing must be good as we were not disturbed by any outside noise.
Disliked: Found the lighting system difficult to work. Would have preferred a bathroom with a door.

Liked: We were lucky enough to have a top floor room that had a massive balcony overlooking a large city square with multiple restaurants and pubs with locals and visitors milling about till late. Only about 5-6 blocks to Central station, Koln Cathedral and from the river and multiple restaurants. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: Taxis would not go up the one block cobble stone dead end street to drop off or pick up, so had to drag luggage 1 block.

Disliked: Elevator stopped working last day, but it was no big deal.

Liked: Just in the centre of Cologne. Quiet rooms. Nice Breakfast, clean room, Perfect cooling
