Liked: Everything else was perfect, the house keepers, front/staff desk was friendly, food was great, room was beautiful and my kids and I loved the pool too!
Disliked: Wifi was an issue. I was directed to a technican and she was not able to resolve the problem. Had to use my hotspot.

Disliked: Our room wasn't what we saw in the pictures. The check in area was very nice but our room was old and out dated. The staff was super friendly, our complaint is more with the room. Our phones in our room didn't work so we were unable to call front desk. For 1 night we survived but don't know if we would go back. My husband also found some bugs in the 1 bathroom.
