Liked: I love how they had different activities to do and a bar, a fitness center, pools and jacuzzis in every area. I love the fact that they had a washer & dryer and a full kitchen, and a patio.
Disliked: I didn’t like how the entryway and roads had potholes, those need to be fixed. The sliding door that lead to the patio needs to be aligned so that it slides properly. I didn’t like that the water pressure wasn’t strong enough, it was like the water was misting instead of it coming out like a sprinkler.

Disliked: In the bathroom my 2 sons use. In tub. It was a little hair in the draining part. He put on gloves and clean it with bleach. That's was it. Make sure all the housekeepers clean the tubs good. That's it

Disliked: I got there on Saturday 4/6 at 11:00pm and i checked in, the lady get me the keys. I had a deluxe 2 bedroom and she told me someone was going to be there to unlock the connecting room. Nobody showed up. I drove back to the front desk 3 times for this to get done. They never put the ticket for the security to unlock the door. I had my 3 kids sleeping in my room because i couldn’t leave them in that room without me having access. After my last attempt i finally got it unlock. I wasted an hour in that back and forth with these people. When i clearly booked and paid for a 2 bedroom,. I shouldn’t have to wait one hour for someone to unlock the door. Very bad service for that woman that check me in and not putting the ticket. I would like my money back because the rooms are smelly and outdated. I wasted one hour of sleep driving to the front desk because they won’t pick up the phone either. Horrible experience.
