It was good!

Liked: Great location, nice staff, and newly renovated!
Disliked: The walls were a little thin as you could hear other guests. Rugs would be a nice addition.

Bad

Disliked: It’s been over 3 weeks still Haven’t recieved my refund as they said the funds were released but the bank insists it’s still not released on there end

Exceptional

Liked: Updated, comfortable accomodations. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had our own vehicle but took advantage of their easy convenient shuttle. The downtown location was perfect

Good

Liked: very clean and recently updated
Disliked: We had to wait until 5:45 to check in and had to wait in car. Very inconvenient with child. Also had a water leak from dishwasher with water into living area and it took a half a day to clean up.

Would return anytime!

Liked: Friendly employees and clean place. They give us place in the lobby to wax our snowboard. They kept our luggage at the front desk after the checkout because we had a snowboard race. They also gave us some extra cooking pans. Very good service!
Disliked: On the last night our neibours were making a lot of noise at 2AM. I went to see the other clients and they didn't stop. This is not the hotel's fault. It's just that the walls are not really soundproof.

Below average

Liked: There was no breakfast.
Disliked: The thermostats in each room did not work. It was incredibly hot and we could not adjust the temp. The shower ran out of hot water and I had to take a cold shower. Not enough towels were provided. Beds were uncomfortable.

Exceptional

Disliked: The bed wasn't comfortable.

Liked: Clean and Convenient to the ski resort.
Disliked: We utilized the shuttle to take us to the resort. Each time when coming back from the ski resort, the shuttles were no where to be found. We called the number given to us but no one answered. We ended up taking the bus back to the room.
