Very poor

Liked: The washing machine is free. That’s about it.
Disliked: This place is extremely run down, old & in need of a huge fix up. The room carpets were stained, the amenities super old and worn out. It wasn’t comfortable at all, the staff really weren’t helpful when we were put in a room with seperate beds. The staff just didn’t ‘know’ how to fix the problem. Was just not a great place & on top of it, was expensive.

Liked: Great location and loved that the pool and hot tubs were functioning great.
Disliked: My side of bed made cracking sounds everytime I got up from it. Mattress was not the best.

Superb

Great hotel for adventures in...

Liked: Nice and attentive staff, great location between downtown steamboat, and other stores. Not far from ski areas. Extremely pet friendly. Ski lockers are awesome also
Disliked: The carpets seamed a little worse for the wear, but seeing as it caters to a lot of skiers, it makes sense.

Superb

A great value for a...

Liked: We stayed in the summer and most of Steamboat Springs is geared towards the winter. It was a perfect summer location, but we hardly spent any time there. I could image how it would work in the winter and I think that could be great as well. I liked the location which is far enough from the crazy of town to be very peaceful, but not so far that one needs to think twice about going into town. I like the funky architectural style -- while not current, it's very well maintained and our room was comfortable.
Disliked: I don't have any complaints. Just be understanding that it was built when we did things differently. For example, there was a clothes closet in the living room and one next to it in the master bedroom. That's fine, but the weird thing were two three-way light switches -- one in the living room and one in the master bedroom -- that turned on lights in both closets. Not a problem, but an example of the quirky nature of the building.

Old and dirty - doesn’t...

Liked: Dated. Very dated. The road leading to the property has massive potholes, the grounds are not kept up, and the whole building screams 1980’s. The rooms are old - old furniture, stained carpets, old appliances, old bathroom amenities. Just old and grimy.
Disliked: Stained carpets, old, scratched furniture, ugly building and grounds.

Liked: It was convenient for our travels
Disliked: When we arrived the member of staff was not particularly friendly.Our room although clean was rather shabby, carpet was threadbear and torn in areas.Breakfast was very limited although I appreciate that it was a grab and go breakfast.The room price was overpriced when compared to other accommodations we have stayed at
