Liked: Staff was really nice and sent security up to our noisy neighbors. Location was good. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were fairly comfortable. It was convenient to have a mini kitchen. Good wifi and tv channel selection. Water stayed really hot.
Disliked: Walls/ceilings are EXTREMELY thin. Neighbors upstairs sounded like they were moving furniture around all night. The hotel is really old and dated...it looks like it used to be a nice place 20+ years ago. It does not look like the pictures on the website and the bathroom is way smaller than the pics. TV's were really small as well. It was nice to have a refrigerator but it was REALLY old...the freezer needed to be defrosted. The parking garage is small

Liked: We liked the area.
Disliked: The neighbors above us stomped all night. They also were fighting and being extremely loud. We did not have shower soup or conditioner in the shower.

Disliked: Could hear neighbors through walls, kids running up and down hall and bouncing off walls. Heater extremely loud.

Understaffed, poor value, falling apart,...

Liked: Need staff after 11. One security guy doesn?t cut it. And don?t lie over the phone about something so stupid as there being a hot tub.
Disliked: Room was tiny and falling apart. Pull out bed was full of springs.

Good value for money, central...

Liked: Great location in the heart of Reno, good value for money, opportunity to cook meals in room, pool.
Disliked: My room in Reno (318) faced the outside (southern part of building). The room was poorly insulated as a nearly half-inch gap could be seen at the bottom of the door, letting cold air in. The American-style forced air heating system didn't quite even out this problem or the thin, single-pane windows. The mattress caused me backaches. The interior of the hotel doesn't seem to have been renovated since the 1980's.
