Liked: The staff were very helpful at the front desk, in the fitness room, and providing dish soap when I didn't find any in the kitchenette. The staff were very friendly. The room felt homey, and the bed was comfortable.

I definitely recommend this hotel...

Liked: The location was great right around the corner from the row which was because this was our first time traveling to reno
Disliked: That nobody was in town so it was kind of boring no excitement

Liked: Friendly staf, good security, comfortable beds, ability to cook in the room.
Disliked: Machines in arcade ate our money, game rooms not really clean, lack of information about rooms.

Disliked: Staff member penny was rude when I tried to follow the directions on the brochure to call to check out after 10 said I couldn’t because 4 others were checking out late. checked me in late because the room wasn’t done on time, didn’t know of deposit or pet charges until I checked in

Liked: This property is in terrible repair and the furnishings are dirty and in poor condition. The staff is nice but that is all the good I can say about this place. I reserved it for a second stay before got here and if I hadn’t paid for it would never have stayed here. Booking.com should take this property off their list.

Disliked: The building was in really bad condition and literally falling apart. Railings of balcony's hanging from walls and lying around. Room was gross with leftover food on things and blood on the wall I have pictures of everything. Including the crumbling parking garage with rebar showing. Stairways literally crumbling down. Exposed wires and the list goes on. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn't have fire exit routes posted on the wall. This place has none on top of a very confusing layout. The manager who was recently relocated from the Colorado resort cause the previous one just quit, commented it took him a week to learn how to get around. I don't believe you have that kind of time in an emergency or fire. So much more. It's a crime to still be in business. Also they advertise free Wi-Fi but there is absolutely no Wi-Fi in that building. I got my sister a neighboring room and they smoked cigarettes on the patio and at night heard someone out there and by morning all the cigarette butts were gone. I literally watch somebody Spider-Man crawl up the side of the chain link fence of the enclosed stairs up three stories. This place was wild. Now I'm fighting for a refund.
