Good location, cleaninside!

Liked: The apartment we stayed in was very clean and spacious. Overall, it was a good location. Staff came as soon as I asked for items to be replenished. Everyone was friendly and polite. I had a little bit of trouble with the wifi, and they fixed it immediately. We loved that the rooms could accommodate so many of us! Great service!! The pool was okay for cleanliness, but the hot tub was very dirty. We couldn't go into the hot tub because there was a ring of dirt that was swimming around the hot tub and there were bugs inside the hot tub. It was very dirty. I proceeded to tell the male worker inside at the desk. I mentioned that it was dirty and that we couldn't use it. He said someone would be there to clean it shortly. We were in the pool and the pool area for a very long time, over 3 hours with everyone. However, no one came to clean the hot tub!! Other families came and wanted to go into the hot tub with their kids, and they couldn't go because it needed to be cleaned. I believe it wasn't cleaned the next day either because we went by and looked.

Beware of photos

Liked: Thin walls. I felt like the group in the rooms next to us were actually in ours. It looked like they were adjoining rentals where you could get both if you wanted. The door between rooms was not locked when we arrived. The bathroom is very dated. Beds were comfortable, but my daughter and I ended up with some sort of bug bites. The price was reasonable, but photos made the place look better than the reality.
