Liked: The lobby area was very nice as well as the outside. However, driving to our unit, the first thing we encountered was a small gathering of people in the parking lot passing a bottle of liquor. They were very loud and seemed intoxicated. It made me and my family feel very uncomfortable. When we entered the unit, it was quite disappointing. The unit was dark and smelled weird. In the bedroom, I noticed flies congregating near the vent. There was also sitting water on the floor. A combination of everything, I decided to leave the property. My son went into the lobby and talked to the woman working and requested to cancel our reservation. She said she would refund the deposit and the original payment. Both the deposit and the payment were both charged and not refunded. I am demanding a refund. I am also in correspondence with booking.com about this issue.
