Legacy Hotel at IMG Academy

Not worth the money to...

Liked: the pool was nice - ice machine on refrigerator worked well
Disliked: Stayed at the Villas.....they are not what the pictures look like. This was not money well spent. This place was not well kept up. The beds were uncomfortable and did not fit the bedframe. It was like staying in an old dorm room. One of the toilets screamed a high pitch when flushed. One of the TV's didn't work at all.....the main television was not set properly for any channels. The refrigerator kept beeping till a person came by to reset it. Had him back to fix screaming toilet that also flushed VERY slowly. Had him back to fix Televisions in most rooms....had to get a new TV for one. Most doors squeaked when opened or closed. Screened in porch has only partial screen. NO towels when we arrived! Had to go to main hotel to get them.....for 6 people! The entrance to the villas required a QR code that didn't always work.

Liked: Everything was great. The location is great, the outside activities are beautiful, i loved the gym. The breakfast has everything I wanted, worth the value.

Disliked: Pool needs more shaded area option. A more reasonably priced breakfast option will help. The clocks/ chargers were very dusty. There are not enough plugs in the room and not in convenient places
