We will use this hotel...

Liked: We really liked the room and I knew that there was no food onsite, as there is a very nice kitchen in each unit. We will have to plan better next time in bringing our own food.
Disliked: The front desk person was on the phone with a customer who had apparently reserved a room through a 3rd party. The caller was obviously someone who repeats their grievance over and over; but the front person could use some training on how to terminate that type of call when there is a customer standing in front of the desk waiting to check in.
