Expensive bland room. Staff were...

Liked: The breakfast credit did not cover breakfast. There was no tv service unless you had your own streaming log in. The meal at the restaurant was burned and had to be sent back. They tried to rush us through to free up the table

Nice views of the falls...

Liked: The staff was very accommodating and personable! Dining was wonderful! The food was excellent
Disliked: The room was average at best for the price... no view of the falls from the room... the beds are so low not good for tall people..I know European style but not good here......

Christmas by the Falls

Liked: The falls were spectacular. They just opened the dam a few days prior. The reception of staff was wonderfully friendly. They were genuinely happy to welcome us. The food, the ambiance, and again, the staff made everything so enjoyable. This will be our go-to place to stay this time of year!!! It was a Christmas gift in itself to stay here. Although I would stay here any day of the year!!
Disliked: I truly can't think of a thing. I guess if I had to, it would be the bed. It was a little low for us, older folks. But definitely not a deal breaker.
