All in all, we had...

Liked: The view from the balcony was just as described. The ocean view was most important. The room was fine. The location was good, not far from Camden.
Disliked: It seemed that the motel was short on cleani g staff. When we arrived, i walked to the slider. Covered from top to bottom were fingerprints and forehead smudges. A little bit disappointing, but I grabbed a bottle of windex and pa per towels at the store and took care of it. It was no big deal. The room did not have kleenex tissues, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, the keurig still had the previous guests coffee k-cup, 3 of the 4 individual water bottles in the fridge had been opened or maybe they were supposed to have been cleaned out? The k-cups had not been replenished. We grabbed what we needed out of the supply closet. Breakfast was included. This consisted of hard-boiled eggs, 3 kinds of dry cereal, muffins and danish. Make your own waffles. The coffee was fine, but only powered creamer and a 1/4 gallon of skim milk in the fridge for cereal and coffee. One of the guests asked for creamer. He was directed to the fridge. They hadn't run out, just didn't supply it.The above description was not a game changer, inconveniences but not terrible.

Roadside lodge with great view

Liked: The view is the most credible about this lodge. But it is far from the restaurants and shops which are 9 minutes drive away in downtown Camden. The hotel is clean overwall and it is right by Highway 1, easy to get to.
Disliked: The breakfast is very minimium. It only has milk, bread, fruit and waffle. That is it. If you need some more traditional breakfast includes crumble egg or saussages, you will be disappointed.

Again, staff, room, property, watching...

Liked: Room was very comfortable, clean and roomy. The view was EXCELLENT! Watching the water, the ducks, and other animals was dreamy!
Disliked: Loved it all! Zero negatives!

It's a pleasant, clean place...

Liked: Great water views, balcony, friendly staff, new pool, close to Rockland center, comfy bed. They did a room "refresh" a few years ago and now have nice flooring and updated furnishings. Good wifi.
Disliked: Despite the recent 'refresh' they did not re-do the old Tub/shower in my standard queen room. Driveway exit/entrance onto Rt 1 (which is highly busy) is very hard to maneuver- just be very careful!! Breakfast was just 'meh'

Liked: This is a motel. Keeping that in mind, it exceeded most. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and room lighting decent. Location is central to a lot of things.Our room had no view, but others had a magnificent water view.
Disliked: I would have liked breakfast items to include a whole grain bread. There was no instrument to get to the peanut butter once the jar was half empty. There were geese droppings on the walkway to our room which were never cleaned up and no outside light to ensure avoiding it in the evening. Lastly, the walls have NO soundproofing.
