Leavenworth Local Hotel

Was a very enjoyable experience.

Liked: A girls weekend trip. Was very clean staff at front desk was very helpful
Disliked: The room was little warm, air was working but it was 98 degrees outside so understand it is hard tokeep up.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was beyond expectations and roomy. Location was super great with restaurants and shops nearby.

Liked: We actually did not stay...
Disliked: The room assigned to us had no windows and smelled musty and dank. Maybe cigarette smoke, although facility is smoke free. Our family members who live in Leavenworth (2 blocks from hotel) did not want us to stay there. Two of our party are about 80, and a third person has cancer. We moved to a nearby hotel. I will be asking for a refund of my payment through my credit card company.

Liked: Location, the bed was comfortable, the kitchenette had a dishwasher, they put fresh bath towels in our room every day.
Disliked: Our room had a smell of sewer, the floor in our room and the little room that you go through to get to our room and the hallway to the front desk were dirty. The shower head totally sucked. If you were a little kid , it would be great. There were dishes still in the dishwasher. And the grab in go breakfast… I don’t know why you even call it that. The main issue is, either you match the photos you have on your website or change the photos to what you actually have.
