Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: The hotel is overpriced for the value. We were given a dirty, run-down room with a broken shower. When I asked to change the room, the response was a blatant no. The next day, there was another person at the reception and they were able to reroom us but sadly we had already paid a 4-star price for a 2-star experience. The breakfast is sparse and sad, definitely not worth 24€. You get better value in many cafes around the corner. The rooftop pool is a wonderful concept but the water was so dirty I did not want to go near.

We were hoping for a...

Liked: Only there for one night. Room was clean and tidy, bit rough around the edges but good for what we needed.
Disliked: The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, which made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. On top of that, the noise level was unbearable—loud music from nearby bars went on late into the night and could clearly be heard from our room, making it almost impossible to sleep.
