I really enjoyed my stay,...

Liked: From walking in, Sam the receptionist was friendly warm and welcoming, nothing was a problem. Bar food was freshly cooked and tasty. Beer was cool and tasty also. Rob the night porter was a gem. What a shame this establishment with its bespoke bar, friendly staff and location has been sold to be used for some other purpose!!
Disliked: Would have liked a more fulfilling breakfast, maybe a bit more heat in the bedroom.

Liked: Recently renovated rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. Kudos to Sam and Rob.
Disliked: In a junior suite it can get a little chilly. They were nice to provide sheets for the sofa bed and get another heater in the room.

Liked: The building is beautiful and the decor in the bar area is lovely ; great size room , the biggest asset to the Leaside is the staff
Disliked: We were upgraded to a suite , which was a great size , the finish was tired and looked cheaply done , the floor in the bathroom was not good and was lifting in places , the shower cubicle was tiny and the shower was leaky , the jacuzzi bath had lots of signs of wear and tear , no plug in the wash basin and something suspect done the plug on the first day , the second day we had a plug and whatever it was had gone , the curtains were dirty and there was a massive cobweb by the air con unit . The room was cold .
