Liked: location and staff
Disliked: gave away my room paid for the best room and then lied to.

good hotel all around!!!

Liked: well designed and nice clean rooms and great showers!!!
Disliked: all was great except paid parking and a little steep rent for the night!!

We will be back!

Liked: The bagged breakfasts were a great pivot due to Covid. Location is amazing. Staff were professional and helpful. Facilities were clean.
Disliked: Price was a lot, but it was construction week in Quebec, so understandable. The wait at the front desk was never terrible, but always a bit longer than is preferable. My only real complaint was that the size of the bed (not a queen) was small considering the price we paid for our two nights.

Comfortable hotel with good location...

Liked: Comfortable, had slippers, clean, room looked nice, amenities were good, had a good view of downtown
Disliked: Staff wasn't very welcoming. I arrived early to drop off my things and yet I had to be the one saying hello. I asked for a kettle and it never came so had to ask twice. Check-out took too long. Even if staff isn't ready yet to serve the next guest, they should say something to the people in line. Instead, they were chit-chatting. There wasn't even enough space for lining up at the entrance. I was surprised that service was not great for a four-star hotel. The stay was comfortable but I did not like the service. One front-desk person was courteous but the others, not so much. Would not necessarily recommend this hotel.

Very good

Liked: Comfortable bed, nicely decorated room and Nespresso machine.
Disliked: The street noise was pretty loud in my room and the only parking available was valet for $34 so I ended up parking in a public lot nearby.

Downtown Toronto!

Liked: Good location, perfect car service! There is a good breakfast diagonally across the street from the Italian!
Disliked: I was in Montreal for three days on business. Under the guise of Corona, the entire room service has been stopped! no information and so after the 2nd day someone should still go through the room ... but this was never the case in the three days and was not part of the agreement! Conclusion, one day okey ... think carefully for several days!The staff takes the elevator in front of your nose with a charriot ... the guest can wait ... what an unusual attitude in a **** hotel ... happened to me 3 times by the way!
