We had a great stay. Rooms are nice but the bedding needs to be addressed. One flat sheet that goes over a small bed protector. Too much of the mattress is unprotected.

Liked: Very clean rooms; kind staff.
Disliked: The fact there is only one small sheet over the mattress, and a small mattress pad.

Liked: I loved the location, and the property to self. At a walking distance from l restaurants and stores. Beautiful lobby and big luxurious rooms.The breakfast was exceptional. From simple American breakfast to sophisticated French pastry
Disliked: I would not put in the property’s description that they have a pool and hot tub. There is NO pool and a very tiny hot tub. In addition the so named “ pool” is right in the patio where people enjoy their drinks. It is not very pleasant and comfortable to swim or watch other swim. It was misleading in the hotel’s description. If we knew it - we most probably made another choice if the hotel. We were specifically looking for hotels with a pool.

Liked: Location is very good. Easy access to autoroute 15 and 440. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: Small details like only 1 cup for coffee, with an empty saucer ?? You would think to would replace the cup. Only 2 nespresso pods!!! really.Air conditioning sounds like a freight train in the room. Breakfast was ok, but the scrambled eggs were disappointing. Often empty containers of eggs or bacon. Otherwise breakfast was acceptable.,

Liked: We enjoyed the food options at breakfast, and having it in the garden added to the charm.The location is great if you are travelling by car. If you are using public transit, it is also ok as long as you are prepared to spend extra time waiting for the bus or do the 20-minute walk from the subway station.
Disliked: On weekends, they don't start serving breakfast until 7:30 am, which may not fit everyone's plans.Separately, I was a little disappointed by the lack of daylight blocking, which is usually done well in hotels. They do have a small blackout curtain, but it is not used efficiently, as you can see in the photo.
