Le St-Martin Hotel & Suites

We had a great stay. Rooms are nice but the bedding needs to be addressed. One flat sheet that goes over a small bed protector. Too much of the mattress is unprotected.

Liked: Very clean rooms; kind staff.
Disliked: The fact there is only one small sheet over the mattress, and a small mattress pad.

Disliked: I left my dress in the wardrobe when I called twice it was no where to be found. Very disappointed.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent spread. Loved their berry jams
Disliked: The hotel is weirdly designed. The elevators close to the reception can only take you up to 3 floors. If your room is on a higher floor you either take a flight of stairs up the hallway and then down a flight of stairs to take the other elevator or you take the elevator from ground to 3 and then walk the hallway and switch elevators to go to higher floors. There's a door closer to the rear elevators but that door is locked from 11 pm to 7 am.. So if you're checking out early, you do the above process in reverse.. and the staff aren't too helpful

Liked: The location of the hotel was good for what we needed and the staff did change our room when we had concerns. Fully loaded room. The included breakfast was nice.
Disliked: We got our room and once we entered there was a disgusting smell of mold that lingered in the room. We asked to change the room, and the new room while the smell wasn't there, there was hair on the sheets and in the shower. So the place wasn't cleaned properly. When we opened the fridge there was MOLD where the water vent is as seen in the pictures. Since we were staying for 1 night we didn't bother the staff again.

Liked: The breakfast was nice good quality. The room was nice we sleep well.
Disliked: The room was great but not totally clean (hairs in the bed and in the bathroom). The pool was very not clean we decide to not go in it because of the trouble water …
