Liked: The location
Disliked: No bar or restaurant although one could have breakfast in the morning on the mezzanine floor . The room just smelt stale .The staff were rude and just couldn’t be bothered to help with anything.

Would definitely go back.

Disliked: Bar and bistro have been closed since covid and weren't told about this ahead of time.

Liked: Room , front desk staff were excellent, as were bell boys.
Disliked: Person getting our vehicle from garage was very slow and held us up at least 10 minutes even though we had been promised that the vehicle would be in front at 6.00 Am to get to airport on time for our flight.

Liked: I was there during F1 week, and as always expected, the prices are extortionate. Overall, at $700 (averaged) per night for 5 nights it was a pretty pedestrian stay. Thanks for welcome drinks on Thursday night, nice lobby decor, but beyond that....it was a lovely place to sleep.

Great location and service in...

Liked: Great location and spacious room with deep bath and double sinks with large, separate shower.
Disliked: The room didn't have any handsoap and it took several hours for the front desk and housekeeping to find some and bring to the room. Also, the pool was closed, and I booked the hotel in part because of the pool.

Liked: Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Beautiful flowers in the lobby
Disliked: The bathroom smells. The hotel lobby is stuffy

Lovely hotel and staff

Liked: The property is lovely. Very nice hotel. The soaking tub was amazing. It’s why I chose the hotel. And the robes and slippers were a nice touch.
Disliked: The pool seems like it’d be more nice to look at than actually swim in. It’s kind of small. But not a deal breaker.
