We LOVED our stay at...

Liked: Excellent location in the heart of Annecy, close to the lake and old city. Friendly staff who were attentive and very helpful with tips. The baked goods at breakfast were delicious!
Disliked: My room was a bit cold. But the staff brought a heater and that solved the problem.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was large, well appointed, and we loved the balcony. The breakfast was great with a varied choice of hot and cold items, plus pastries, etc.
Disliked: It was exceptionally warm when we were there (28c), and the AC didn't really keep the room cool overnight. We opened the door to the balcony, but there was some very loud car revving (it was Saturday night) at all hours, so we had to close the door.
