A lovely relaxing stay, close...

Liked: Great central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were the best around, fresh, hot and cold dishes, great coffee.
Disliked: The only drawback was no lift, but the staff helped carry our luggage up, and walking up wasn’t difficult.

A convenient location but not...

Liked: It was conveniently located.
Disliked: The only staff member on site was kind of insistent with instructions and suggestions while also seeming distracted, asking us several times if we needed a bill. Check-in took at least fifteen minutes, which is tedious. The breakfast room is too small to have breakfast at the time we wanted, and even when we got down at the suggested time there was no free space. The hotel is on a busy road, and while the windows are good, that is something to consider if you’re sensitive to noise. There are rooms facing away from the street as well.

So bad we checked out after first night

Disliked: Room was tiny, no wardrobe or drawers. Trip hazard on entry to bedroom. Bad smell in room. Last check in is 2000. If we hadnt got an earlier bus we would have been left in the street
