Great spot for a business...

Liked: Room was very comfortable and welcoming. Windows had expansive view of city making room quite pleasant.

Not quite four stars.

Liked: The staff was friendly and housekeeping was efficient. Room was decently sized and clean.
Disliked: The bathroom/toilet was very lacking of privacy as the walls were just thin blurred glass and the doors didn't close completely. You could hear everything. Also using the shower rendered the whole room floor wet. No handles or anything to hang towels with. The spa was included for free (1h) daily but the sauna/mist room was not working upon visiting. Also the hot tub was not very hot. The pool was ok, though not very big. Visited once and didn't want to go back.The garage was not in use for 4 hours during one of the days. They called our room to notify about this 15min before the outage. I basically had to postpone our planned driving for couple of hours. I think they comped one day stay for this, though.

Great Hotel!

Liked: It was great, lovely and clean, modern and great leisure facilities. The room was spacious as was the bathroom, location was great and staff very polite and helpful.We used the pool and its associated facilities hot tub, sauna and they were excellent a great addition to the overall services including g drinks at the bar!
Disliked: Nothing it was fab!

Lovely room, great location but...

Liked: Great location, lovely room and beautiful little swim pool (with pool trainer!)
Disliked: My car was taken in a lift to an underground garage which they were refusing to operate in the early morning so I could get to the port for my ferry. I had to threaten to pack up and leave the hotel the night before in order for the staff to think of a viable plan (which ultimately was easy). Also, the gym was the hottest one I had ever been it. It was not designed for actual training and there was no AC.
