Great room, fabulous staff.

Liked: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean and neat hotel aesthetic. Very comfortable room.
Disliked: Room was missing simple necessities: corkscrew, cutlery, a phone, a spare towel. Fridge was unplugged.

Good option for Rennes. We...

Liked: We were lucky to have booked parking - a process - but the staff were great - as they only have a few underground spots accessed by lift, and we would not have been comfortable with street parking once we saw city. Rooms clean and breakfast good.

Liked: I loved the location and the welcoming staff. They were professional and helpful in all ways. The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: I thought the "spa" was quite disappointing. I made a reservation for its use. No one was there to greet me. I saw another guest (alone) in the jacuzzi, which was awkward. It is a very small hot tub and the pool is also quite small.
