No boutique hotel!

Disliked: The hotel is definitely no boutique hotel. It’s quite a run down place that could need an update. We got the standard bedroom and were disappointed when the actual room didn’t look at all like any of the pictures. No balcony just a window right out to the street (that smells like urine & trash cans). We asked for a different room but the hotel was fully booked and the staff quite rude about it.We chose not to eat breakfast there.

Exceptional

Liked: Wonderful staff. Beautiful comfortable decor. Called us a taxi for our early morning flight

Very good

Peaceful place with great staff.

Liked: Beautiful settings in a great part of the city. Staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly. Great garden, felt very tranquil and relaxing. The hotel had its own style and character that I liked.
Disliked: It was an expensive place to stay for the room but it was fete de la music and the city was very busy.

Okayish for Just One night

Liked: Staff Is nice, they speak english well. Instructions are clear, breakfast was good
Disliked: The shower had really visible mold. The Road where the hotel Is has prostitutes sitting outside during the day. At least it's close to a main Road but i did not feel really safe going out.

Good but could do better

Liked: Staff were lovely, the air conditioning was excellent and lovely big bathroom. Fridge in room was very welcome
Disliked: Very scruffy furniture and fixings, no kettle in room or cups. Coffee maker but only 2 pods provided and no refills.

Comfortable, quiet and stylish hotel...

Liked: Lovely hotel - comfortable and quiet with friendly, helpful staff. Great location too, not far from the port. Recommended!
Disliked: Only small thing was you need to reserve breakfast the night before - we didn’t realise this but we also arrived late due to a delayed flight. Just something to be aware of :)

Superb

Liked: Nice personnel. Big room.
Disliked: Wifi did not work.

Liked: The location, the garden, the room all good
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible and very poor value for money. The Moroccan pancake was not half as good as those available in the local cafes
