Nice time with the family...

Liked: Nice location, nice people, nice facilities in the gym and in the SPA.
Disliked: It was all good, so there is nothing I didn’t like, however if I can say something to improve the only minor think come in my mind is the speed of the lift, that should be improved so to spend less time waiting

Good place in Rimini

Liked: Nice hotel, friendly staff and close to the beach.I was there in March so I probably could not use the full potential of it.
Disliked: The bathroom could be refreshed.

Disliked: Was told our room would have two single beds in addition to the master bedroom. Ended up getting a sofa bed instead. The manager was extremely unhelpful in resolving this. Kept insisting the sofa bed was better instead of admitting they gave us the wrong room. looked upscale in the photos, was just a very basic hotel.

Liked: Could add more option for vegetarian people but it’s was good
Disliked: Add mashrooms and different type of eggs like half friend or omelette

Poor

Disliked: very dirty room. faucet, walls, furniture. everything in bad condition. bed linen looked like it hadn't been washed. wardrobe by the bed fell when touched.. bathroom is very small and needs updating.

Disliked: Everything is perfect, location, cleanliness, staff and of course the spa!
