Comfortable stay close to Gare...

Liked: Warm welcome & excellent service from the reception staff. We were offered a free upgrade on the room originally booked and happily accepted a larger suite on the first floor which was very quiet and comfortable. Nice decor, good attention to detail (eg quality toiletries, coffee, sweets) and a great location - just a 12 min walk to/from Gare du Nord. The downstairs bar/bistro menu looked good although we already had a dinner reservation elsewhere so we did not try it. Next time!

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, nice decor and good toiletries. The sofa bed for our son was much better than expected and a great location near train stations and the restaurants and vibe of canal St Martin.
Disliked: Not much space for luggage with the sofa bed out but not an issue as we only stayed one night.

Liked: Clean room and large bathroom, good shower and nice l'Occitane products.Good service - we had a little hiccup with airco but it was promptly fixed, and the staff was very friendly.Quiet - no noise at all from the street.We didn't take breakfast but it looked good.Walking distance to Gare du Nord station.
Disliked: As it was August the restaurant was closed and there were works going on in the hotel lobby, so it felt a bit like a work site.

Perfect!

Liked: We booked the executive suite as a family of 5. It worked perfectly to accommodate us, including a baby. The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful and helpful over the two shifts we witnessed.
Disliked: Nothing. If you need to park your car, just note that the parking lot is a bit before the hotel (it’s on a one way street), so leave your car on break lights in one of the driveway before the corner and then go to reception / they will come out and help you park.

Disliked: The toilet didn’t have the sink so you had to go to the bathroom.

Disliked: Incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

Liked: Great location in a pleasant area close to Canal St Martin. Easy walking distance to both Gare du Nord and Gare de L’est
Disliked: Nothing!
