Very nice place to stay...
Liked: Staff very nice, clear and welcoming. The room was pretty and comfortable. The view was beautiful even though it was not the sea. However, we had breakfast outside with the exceptional sea view we were waiting for !

My experience with this hotel...
Disliked: I booked a superior room expecting a higher level of comfort, but instead encountered a series of completely unacceptable issues.First, upon arrival, I faced an extremely unprofessional situation: I had requested a bottle of wine to be placed in the room, but instead of offering options or informing me of the price, the staff simply delivered an already opened bottle costing €54 — without any prior consent or warning. I could not even verify whether the wine matched the value charged. This felt misleading and completely inappropriate for a hotel of this category.Secondly, I found multiple centipedes in the room — one in the bathroom and two near the bed — within the first hour of my stay, before the balcony door was even opened. This raises serious concerns about the hygiene and overall maintenance of the property.Thirdly, the payment process was completely mismanaged. Initially, my card was charged via Booking.com before my arrival. Upon check-in I was informed that this charge was only a "standard pre-authorization" and that no actual funds had been withdrawn. The hotel staff required me to pay again in person, insisting that the pre-authorization would be released in a few days. Later, it became clear that the first transaction was NOT a pre-authorization — the hotel had actually charged the amount from my card. As a result, I ended up paying twice for the same stay. To get a refund, I was asked to send my private banking details via email. Despite all assurances, more than 10 days after my stay, I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. This level of disorganization, lack of financial transparency, and disregard for guest security is simply unacceptable.The overall experience was marked by complete disorganization, poor hygiene, unprofessional behavior, and a blatant disregard for guest rights and comfort.

Very dissapointing and over priced.

Disliked: The hotel was very tired. The room was old and worn. The bathroom was a disgrace. The ceiling was hanging down at the hatch into the Air Con unit. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so there was mould on the ceiling and on bath/shower joints. Sika joints in places completly missing. Towels & bath matt were cheap and threadbare. There was a fridge but there was no coffe/Tea facilities.
