Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Great location, quirky style with large lounge and a garden
Disliked: No fridge or milk for tea and coffee. The yellow of the walls in our room was not nice. They should all be painted in the blue

Disliked: Very, very poor customer service and very disrespectful attitude. Do not reply to any of my email and refuse to negotiate with me although I took the suggestion that the manager said.

We would only stay there...

Liked: It was quiet and in a good location and the price was right.
Disliked: The bathtub drain was broken, but the tub was still usable. The sink was broken, the stopper wouldn’t come out and we told them twice and it was never fixed. We couldn’t use the sink for most of our stay. The garden view was an interior wall. We also didn’t like the hand he’d showed and the poor lighting in the bathroom. We were required to turn our key in every time we left the hotel.

Liked: The place is very close to multiple transport links. The room was fine nice bed and staff were friendly
Disliked: The bar was closed before 10pm

Liked: The staff are fabulous! The room I had was spectacular…Close to transport ( métro) food and Monoprix!
Disliked: Everything was great.
