Liked: Location pretty central Staff were super helpful They even allowed us to check in earlierVery clean and quiet Would stay again
Disliked: Rooms are small so not much room to move about if lots of luggage. However it’s all you need as you won’t really be in the room

Disliked: Very very basic, you pay far too much for what you get. One out of three nights they forgot to clean our room and make the beds etc. When we noticed the house keeping was gone, pretty bad as that is basically the thing that differentiates a costly hotel from a cheap AirBnB

Liked: Wonderful staff. Everything excellent and in good order. A perfect, reasonably-priced, wonderfully-located hotel! I'd recommend it.

Hotel needs to invest

Liked: The location of the hotel is convenient, situated in le Marais area. Staff is super friendly.
Disliked: I've stayed here multiple times before but unfortunately there are no signs of maintenance on the building, either outside or inside. We had a room with a lot of damages on walls and frames, and no normal lighting. We had red led's in the ceiling, as if we were staying at a brothel. There was no main light in the room. During the Olympics, the hotel price was 3x higher than usual. You would expect them to reinvest that money into the quality of the hotel. Unfortunately not.

Liked: Great location. Rooms ideal for a city break, but not overly spacious. Very clean and the cleaning man was lovely. Some of the younger staff can be a bit grumpy on the desk but the manageress was very helpful. Would stay again and recommended.
Disliked: Nothing really.
