Disliked: Would have been nice if breakfast was included at such a daily cost for the room.

Luxury in the heart of...

Liked: Great location right in the middle of the old Montreal! Steps from Notre Dame Basilica.
Disliked: There was a lot of construction which made it was very difficult to find with a car.

Great location. Building One rooms...

Liked: Ignoring the noise from the construction outside, the room and halls were quiet. The location was outstanding, near virtually everything in Old City. In terms of the numbers, very complete staff relative to front desk, doormen, concierges, etc. Fernando (concierge), Nicoli (spelling? front desk), and Frank (doorman) were very helpful.
Disliked: Building 1, where we stayed, had no lights in room other than 4 nightlights. Very dark and unusable if you wanted to read anything. Very different than online pictures. Alot of construction noise and road to hotel closed when we checked in. Would have appreciated some notice - drove around for about 30 minutes to find hotel since GPS not accurate. Bed had large, hard, protruding feet that we constantly tripped over, falling one night resulting in 2 stiches and a lot of blood. Nice hardwood floors but they squeaked when you walked in room. Staff other than the 3 mentioned above added little value. Other non-Fernando concierges didn't seem to know city and surprisingly difficult to work with.

Fabulous location, great room and...

Liked: Fabulous staff and well appointed rooms. You can’t beat the location in Old Montreal.
Disliked: Although it is out of the control of the staff, the noise of the bars letting out at 3:30 am and the honking of the taxis until 4 am is worth noting. Turning the room AC on high does a good job to drown out the noise

Liked: Friendly staff, the rooftop terrace was lovely, and the location is ideal!

Nice place with misleading parking...

Liked: Right in the middle of old city. Responsive staff.
Disliked: Website said parking available but it is not. I found hidden in an info link they only had a few spots first come first serve. They should not advertise parking available unless there is enough self parking for all who need it. Had to pay $42 a day for valet parking.
