Liked: Nice view, convenient location (walkable) to major sites and restaurants. Great restaurant downstairs.
Disliked: Small room and bathroom. Lots of street construction going on.

Liked: The room was very spacious and clean, the bed and bathroom were very comfortable and the location was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We also had drinks on the roof top terrace bar which is a lovely location and the drinks were great. The hotel gym was also fairly well-stocked for a hotel gym and reasonably well-maintained.
Disliked: It would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea in our room and the coffee machine was quite fiddly to use. There also appeared to be no facility to plug in our electric toothbrushes - although it could be that we are just not familiar with the North American system.

Liked: Staff were welcoming, professional and attentive. Housekeeping staff deserve a special mention for attention to detail and quality of service. Hotel is in a fantastic location central to old montreal but we still had a quiet room. Everything was spotlessly clean. Would recommend and would stay again!

Lovely, relaxing and restorative

Liked: The bed was amazing! Everything from the pillow to the mattress and sheets, robes and towels were lovely and very comfortable. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite hotel experiences in Montreal after more than 30 years of travel to the city.
Disliked: The brasserie had pretty limited options for breakfast but was lovely for dinner. Would have loved a la carte croissants, fruit, etc. Room service took a long time to arrive and didn't get order correctly (50 minutes for tea, cheese plate and cake slice) and accidentally only sent tea for one instead of two)
