Liked: Great location between the old town and the river - very light and airy feeling in the reception area and rooms. Staff were exceptional - very efficient and friendly - always happy to help and give advice, such an asset to the hotel and guests who want to explore Lyon

Liked: All Staff (but particularly Clara) was very knowledgeable / helpful giving recommendations with a smile and making restaurant reservations.Location was perfect for short walks to all attractions in Vieux Lyon and Presqu’Isle. Room Service pro-active with toilet paper and cleaning rooms.
Disliked: Extremely small toilet room without fresh air. 🫣
