Good location, staff nice and...

Liked: Our room was well air-conditioned, dark and rather quiet (4th floor, we heard some traffic noise outside). Breakfast was okay!

Liked: Very central location. Good breakfast.
Disliked: No air con in economy rooms. But there is a ceiling fan

Great stay for a city...

Liked: Nice hotel that offers everything you need for a city break to Turin. Great location, clean room, not for the very picky, but perfect for a short stay. The breakfast is not varied but the pastry is very good.
Disliked: A few more articles at breakfast wouldn't hurt. Also they have a weird policy with the room key: you have to leave it at reception every time you leave the hotel - not necessarily bad, just weird.

Central position, 24 hour security...

Liked: Breakfast. Lovely selection of freshly made savoury and sweet options. Central position in Turin. Friendly helpful staff. 24 hour desk service. Clean rooms.

4 nights at Torino

Liked: The hotel is an old one, completely renovated and it is very nice. It is very well located, close to the main touristic atractions at Torino (Duomo, river, subway, etc). The breakfast is very nice. The room was renovated, the bath is very modern. The bed are also ok.
Disliked: Although I have booked a room with air conditioned (AC), the hotel gives me a room with a fan at the ceiling saying that it will be fine. I complain at the reception and the man told me that AC is only turn on during summer time (July and August). I stayed there from June 17 up 20, 2025 and it is technically summer solsticio. Besides that, all north Italy is suffering a heat wave (maximum temperatures around 32-33 C and minimum temperatures around 20-21 C). With the climate change issue (temperatures are 5 C hotter at least), you can not trust only on astronomical dates but rather on the weather forecast. This heat wave lasted for around 10 days...

Good hotel close to centre

Liked: The room was clean and had everything needed even if it looked a little old. The staff was friendly and there 24/7. The breakfast offered a big variety of cakes, some fruits, some cheese and bread. No major choices but everything you need. The air-conditioning in the room was quite efficient. It was very close to the center just 6 min walcink to teh Egyptian museum.
