Excellent place to stay to...

Liked: The location was amazing, right in the heart of Old Montreal. The staff was exceptional…all of them.
Disliked: Construction on Saint Paul Street was frustrating, but no fault of the hotel.

Liked: Great location. Quirky but cute property... boring breakfast. Very nice staff. Cleaning staff does a poor job on shower, it's moldy and back of bathroom door dirty.
Disliked: Breakfast items should change , not same boring stuff, if you're staying multiple nights it's boring.

Gem in Old Montreal.

Liked: Fantastic location (even with road repair closing the street to traffic). The hotel is absolutely charming. A beautiful blend of history and modern amenities. Our room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies. The staff were all amazing. Extremely welcoming and caring. Will plan to stay again!
Disliked: Not a thing! Loved it all!

Cute boutique hotel stay

Liked: The rooms are wonderful. They are very spacious.The hotel would be ranked as a boutique hotel, with its own character and a lovely place to stay for couples and romantic vacations.The hotel offers coffee and sometime some snacks, which are always available at the reception.This is a definitely nice gesture on behalf of the hotel.
Disliked: the street had construction, which I am guessing it is temporal, so nothing major, but was unfortunate for us, to be there during that time.Some days, the room was not cleaned, but to be honest, when we told the staff, they brought new towels and offered water bottles.

Superb

Liked: The staff was very accommodating. We appreciated the delicious coffee. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were great.

Friendly and well placed boutique...

Liked: Fantastic location in the heart of of Vieux Montreal with lots of great bars, cafes and boutiques on the same street. Very friendly staff (Mathieu was very helpful). The hotel offer bike helmets to borrow for free which was fantastic as we explored a lot of the town on the Bixi bikes.

Nice hotel in a wonderful...

Liked: Nice discreet boutique hotel. Very well located with lots of eating options close by. Some of the staff were pleasant and helpful when asked. The rooms were small but nicely appointed.
Disliked: Hotel did not pre warn of loud, disturbing ongoing street construction and excavation pollution until a couple of days before arrival with info that Taxi could not pull up by hotel. Hotel did also not state at time of booking that they would be taking CAD 300 per room security deposit that won't arrive back into your account for up to 10 days. I am still waiting to receive my refundThere is also a problem in the King room as the bed base is larger than the mattress which meant I must have hit my lower leg and shin at least 10 times during a 6 night stay due to there being very little room to manoeuvre around the bed.

Liked: Staff were very good.
Disliked: Breakfast room is very crowded. You are almost elbow to elbow with people at next small table. No fresh cut up fruit. At 830 one morning only 2 slices of cheese left. One day there was no yogurt. At this time Rue Saint Paul is undergoing major construction. Some days noise started at 7 am. Great wake up ( not). You had to meet Uber a block away.
