Liked: The location was perfect, staff were super friendly and very helpful. Would definitely love to stay again.
Disliked: The paper cups in the bedroom for your hot drinks.

Disliked: bit noisy in evening and very early morning (4am) due to being above kitchen/ restaurant area unfortunately

A lovely stay

Liked: The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of Lake Annecy and the Old Town. We were given a room with a mezzanine and a lake view which was perfect for us . Clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly & helpful . Great breakfast and lovely to have use of the Pool too . I would happily stay at Le Pelican again !

Very well located and professionally...

Liked: Location excellent. Hotel clean and staff wonderful.
Disliked: The menus in the restaurant. Could not get on with the digital tablets.

Liked: Perfect site for old town and across from the lake. Clean very pretty and rooms were more than adequate sized. Bakery onsite was really convient in the morninga.
Disliked: Drinks were really expensive for the cedar bar to take to the pool.

Lovely hotel

Liked: Super hotel and amazing staff, especially Ludmila! Hotel looks over the lake and is less than 10mins to the old town! Secure underground car parking!
