AWESOME!!!!!!

Liked: My room was great. I had plenty of closet space. The desk and nightstand were USB ready for my cellphone. The bed was nice and comfortable. The friendly service at the front desk, the valet service and the dining experience for breakfast was awesome. I felt like I was at home with family. I will definitely come back to this location.
Disliked: Let the entertainment and bar area stay open a little longer, so I can enjoy the atmosphere a with family and friends.

This is a great location...

Liked: Lobby area very nice. Location was perfect for event at Smoothie King Center or Ceasers stadium. Also is only about a 10 minute walk to canal.
Disliked: The room was a bit dirty. The lighting fixture above the bed was covered in webs around the lights and the furniture was pretty dusty. The shower grout was pretty dirty as well. Besides those honestly small details, it was a very good stay all things considered.

From the moment we walked...

Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel with all of the amenities that make it special. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: Rooms are beautifully decorated but rather small.
