Liked: The location was perfect for walking to the many attractions in the city. The Hotel was decorated well. Most of the staff were very nice.
Disliked: The phone next to bed bed didn't work, reported, never fixed. 2 showers of 8 with lukewarm water at best. Fire alarm in room disconnected and found in closet - safety issue. Ice machines not working and the bar tenderer was rude when asked for ice.

Liked: I loved the doormen. They were super intention of my needs from the moment I pulled up to the hotel until I left the next super.
Disliked: I ordered coffee and a waffle for beeakfast. The coffee was awesome. The waffle was disgusting. It did not come with any syrup and the whole thing was buried under powdered sugar. I paid too much for it to not eat it. It was gross. #epicfail
