A nice spot with all...

Liked: It was close and easy to many great spots. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay, just for one night. There was an excellent pizza store just around the corner that catered to our vegan needs!
Disliked: A little run down in parts but still comfortable and clean.

Most disappointing stay

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I had requested for a room on the ground floor which the property had confirmed via email. Instead we were a given a room on the 4th floor of a remote building which required negotiating several flights of stairs as well as travelling up in 2 lifts in 2 separate buildings to get to the room. When I questioned this I was informed by the receptionist that she had no knowledge of the confirmation I had received and "it must be an automated message". and that this was the only available room.The pictures of the property on Booking.com are very misleading. The room size was so small that we had difficulty in finding enough space to open our bags.

very good hotel

Good

Liked: Good location. Comfortable clean room. Decent breakfast. Quiet once everybody had settled in for the night. Very attentive staff at the breakfast buffet.
Disliked: When we arrived the receptionist told us there was no room at the hotel and they wanted to move us to a different location miles away. We had not been notified about this beforehand. Ultimately, they found a way to let us stay.
