Liked: Warm, helpful and friendly staff, answering all our questions with a smile :) Great and welcoming breakfakst area with a wide variety of options of food and beverages. Clean and well maintaned rooms and areas around the hotel.
Disliked: Unfortunately the rooftop terrace was closed during our stay due to winter season. We were not informed about this beforehand, and there was no information about this on their website. Make sure to check this out if you want to use this great area with it's full service.

Liked: I thought the breakfast is generally highly overpriced for the fare offered. And we were charged the full cost on the day of the morning fire alarm incident when by the time we had breakfast a lot of the items had run out. Also the meal menu is very limited and not vegetarian friendly.
Disliked: Thé AC which is set to 5°below ambient temperature. However that makes the room quite hot and uncomfortable at some points in the night. They need to change the settings to maintain an even temperature in the room at all times.
