Disliked: A little stuffy with a lack of airflow. I was very happy that the windows were able to be opened. I felt like our room might have been available before 3pm but was not notified. I walked up to the desk at 3pm and was given the key. I

Wonderful. I can't really imagine...

Liked: It genuinely felt like staying in a palace. The whole atmosphere was wonderful and the staff were very friendly, though somewhat intimidatingly beautiful. Having spent the day in Prague, however, that may just be a feature of those from the city.
Disliked: The breakfast and spa are a bit minimalist - it didn't seem to have a sauna, for instance - but otherwise it was great.

Disliked: We had a very frustrating stay at this hotel. The key cards stopped working in the garage, which left my husband and our dog locked out late at night around 1am. We tried contacting reception, but there was no response at all. So at 1 we had a long discussion with the receptionist, not what you want on your vacation!To make matters worse, the next morning—on the day of checkout—the key cards stopped working again. We couldn't even get back into our room and had to go to the front desk at 8am to have new cards made. Receptionist acted like this was normal and that it was completely local to have none working cards before check out.The advertised sauna experience was also disappointing. After a 20-minute wait, we were given a sales pitch about scrub salts, and the treatment we eventually received was cold.When we checked out recpetion was stunned we left before max check out time (but it was normal our cards didnt work).Overall, the service was lacking, the communication was poor, and the amenities did not meet expectations. Would not recommend at all with so many hotels nearby I'd say pick another one.

Comfortable and beautiful base in...

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and staff were lovely. Room was very comfortable. The smell in the foyer was a really pleasant welcome!
Disliked: Our room was in the attic space so the window didn't give any view of the city.

Liked: It was a nice stay, we were very happy with our choice, everything is great.
Disliked: Some of the personnel reps are quite weird and spoiled our stay a bit but the front desk manager has resolved all misunderstanding questions.
