Bad

Liked: It was very close to the train station
Disliked: I was charged twice for my accommodation, once by booking.com and once by the proprietor, even though I told him I had paid. He told me to sort it with booking.com. I've emailed twice but had no reply. The proprietor charged me more than booking.com had charged

Old, needs updating, not worth...

Liked: It is very close to the Gare Montparnasse, there is a kebab shop on the corner and a Lidl very close.
Disliked: There is no lift, the fridge in the room did not work and the shower screen leaked so there was water all over the floor after taking a shower
