Disliked: Our TV remote or TV didn't work, reported to the staff but nothing actioned.

Disliked: Door into toilet area falling off tracking si that it could not be closed and seemed ready to fall. As a result it was very difficult to use the facility and there was no privacy.The breakfast was poor, just 1x slice of toast!!!! And the choice seemed OK but was in reality not sufficient, no fruit or pastries offered

Beautiful hotel for leisure but...

Liked: The room was beautiful and elegant and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The noise from outside was terrible. I could hear music playing loudly until about 2.30 am. The double glazing in the windows just didn’t block it out. If I was travelling for fun it wouldn’t have been so bad but I had an early work meeting so it wasn’t great.
